ENROLL A NEW STUDENT
Parents must complete and submit the New Student Enrollment form below to begin the enrollment process. An active email address is required to utilize the online form. There is a computer available in the campus office for parents to use, if necessary.
DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
Once the enrollment form is submitted, parents are then required to bring the following documents to the campus office for verification:
• proof of residency (water or electric bill, copy of lease or letter from landlord)
• photo ID of parent/guardian (state ID or driver license)
• certified copy of birth certificate (hospital copy is not acceptable)
• social security card
• immunization record
• Pre-K only: four weeks of pay stubs for every working member in the household
• complete the Home Language Survey (given by the campus office)
When a new student is officially enrolled, parents will receive login credentials (via email) for their Skyward Family account. Parents must login to their Skyward Family account in order to register their student so they may attend class at their campus.
REGISTER YOUR STUDENT
The registration process consists of electronically signing required district policies and forms (emergency contact form, emergency release form, health information, and more). Registration is required in order for students to receive schedules or to be placed in a homeroom class. The district's online registration process has eliminated the time and funds to make and distribute thousands of paper copies. The online forms ensure our campuses have the most up-to-date information about our students. Parents and/or guardians must use their Skyward Family account to complete the registration process online . Once the registration forms are complete and submitted, they will only need to be updated each school year thereafter.

NEED HELP WITH ONLINE REGISTRATION?
Parents must have their Skyward Family Access account login credentials in order to complete the registration forms. If you do not remember your Skyward Family credentials, please use the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Skyward login page. Parents listed in Family #1 will be required to complete the online registration (see FAQ section at the bottom of this page for more information).
To start the online registration process, login to your Skyward Family account. Click the “Returning Student Online Registration” link on the left hand side and complete the steps. After the student’s registration is submitted successfully, you will receive an email confirming your Returning Student Online Registration has been submitted. For additional information, please view our help documents below. For specific needs, please contact your student’s campus office.
Enrollment Questions

Pre-K students must be four years old by September 1st within the year of enrollment. They must reside in McGregor ISD - no transfers.

McGregor Primary (grades PK-1st), McGregor Elementary (grades 2nd-5th), H.G. Isbill Jr. High (grades 6th-8th), McGregor High School (grades 9th-12th).

Kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1st within the year of enrollment.

1) use the Online Enrollment form and bring required documents to the campus.
2) download/print the enrollment form and required documents and bring them to the campus.
3) visit the campus office and they will provide you with an enrollment packet which must be completed and turned in along with all of the required documents.
Registration Questions

Either parent listed in Family #1 within Skyward can complete the online registration forms. In joint custody situations, the parent listed in the Family #2 may contact the campus office to request a Skyward Family account in order to update their contact information; however, only a parent listed in Family #1 will be able to complete the full online registration process. Please contact your child's campus office if you have questions.

MISD campuses will have computers available for parents to use. Please contact the campus office if bilingual assistance is needed to complete the registration process.

A parent can view all of their enrolled students within their one Skyward Family account. Parents should login to their Skyward Family account and click the drop-down box located at the top of the page titled "All Students". If you do not see all of your children listed, please call your child's campus office. This verification must be done before beginning the online registration.
